Wildlife Hospital – Not open for visitors

Lower Moss Wood Wildlife Hospital

The Wildlife Hospital is not open for visitors to have a look around.  It is open purely for the admittance of wildlife casualties.

If you have a wildlife casualty then please bring it to the hospital.

The hospital opening hours for admitting casualties is 9:30am until 4:00pm, 7 days a week.

For out of hours please take the casualty to your local vets or call RSPCA 0300 1234 999

The wildlife hospital admits around 2000 wildlife casualties per year. This can be anything from an injured fox or badger to an orphaned hedgehog or fledgling bird.

Our aim is to treat and care for every animal or bird that is brought to us with the intention to release back to the wild.  All decisions made are determined by what we believe to be the best outcome for the animals and birds.

Ray Jackson MBE has over 25 years of experience with wildlife treatment and rehabilitation and is backed by a dedicated team of volunteers. With our fully equipped facilities and the assistance of the vets at Holly House Veterinary Surgery we are confident that we provide a professional and caring service.
